These terms govern your use of Zhaiji (zhaiji.net). Please read them before purchasing, especially the no-refund policy and disclaimer.
1. Services
Zhaiji provides reference-only spatial analysis and AI-assisted reports based on traditional feng shui and related frameworks. Paid full reports are currently priced at US$9.90 each (as shown at checkout). Digital products on shop.zhaiji.net are subject to their product descriptions.
2. Not professional advice
Content is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or structural engineering advice. See our Disclaimer.
3. Your information
You must provide accurate floor-plan, orientation and birth data. We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect inputs. Keep your account and report links secure.
4. Payment & delivery
- Payments are processed securely via Shopify;
- Digital reports/ebooks are delivered after payment confirmation via the site or email;
- Free previews may differ from paid full reports.
5. Refund policy (important)
All digital products (including full feng shui reports and ebooks) are non-refundable once payment is completed and access is delivered.
By paying, you confirm that you have reviewed the free preview, understand the price (e.g. US$9.90), and accept this policy. If a system failure prevents any access to purchased content, contact ask@zhaiji.net with your order number for verification and restoration.
6. Uploaded content
You retain rights to materials you upload; you grant us a licence to use them as needed to provide and improve the service. Do not upload content that infringes others’ rights.
7. Acceptable use
No scraping, reselling reports, or unlawful use. We may suspend accounts for violations.
8. Intellectual property
Site design, articles and report formats belong to Zhaiji or licensors. Personal reports are for private use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; failing that, the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction (subject to mandatory consumer laws).
11. Changes
We may update these terms on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
